New regulations for the technical management team: Currently, all managers can post messages in their free time to engage in one-on-one technical discussions. Those who have been employed for over six months and then retire are eligible for direct promotion to senior engineer at Haichuan. Those who are able to conduct one-on-one discussions are definitely highly skilled in technology! One must admire it; it’s like a battle, with the heroes of Haichuan taking part
I just checked my one-on-one thread; it’s been a year and a half since it was created. I’ve helped some members to some extent. I originally planned to quit this one-on-one role, but it seems that it’s not possible to hold both positions at the same time given the current technical level (so I’ll leave the position of Senior Engineer at HaiChuan). Well, never mind then; I’ll return to my one-on-one role when I have time :lol
