In the one-on-one expert response threads, it is not possible to rate recent askers; please refer to the screenshot. The moderators should resolve this issue.

The cross-regional scoring limits have just been upgraded. The scoring volume in the jurisdiction is very high; for moderators in the \"non-jurisdiction\" area, it’s equivalent to that of first-year university students, with a maximum scoring volume of 50 wealth within 24 hours
I’m aware of this restriction. I don’t think it’s a matter of such restrictions; it might be related to scoring limits for old topics and new replies, especially the impact of the time span on those scoring limits. Because my cross-region score is only 10 points, with 40 points still available in the scoring pool.

The rating system in areas outside the jurisdiction still doesn’t work well. Today I wanted to rate a certain post, but I couldn’t; there are points available in the rating pool, but it seems there’s a 24-hour time limit. ,
