In multi-effect evaporation, what does the evaporation temperature refer to: the temperature of the secondary steam, the temperature of the material before it is heated and flashed, or the temperature of the material after it is heated and flashed?
It generally refers to the evaporation temperature of the liquid material, that is, the temperature of the material before multi-stage flashing
I think it should be the liquid phase temperature at each stage
I also think it is the temperature of the material after it is heated and flashed; however, various books and sources offer different opinions on this.
