C5/C9 process design

Everyone, does anyone know any engineering firms that can handle the design of C5 and C9 hydrogenation polymerization plants? Could you recommend some? Thanks!
What are C5 and C9? Are they products of non-aromatic and aromatic hydrocarbon hydrogenation polymerization?
Personally, I think it’s perhaps C5 aromatization to produce mixed aromatics, which are then cleaved with C9 to yield benzene as a byproduct of p-xylene production
First, it is polymerized, and then hydrogenation is carried out by dissolving it in a solvent.
It’s basically a resin hydrogenation unit, right?
Hospital No. 9 can do it, but the process package isn’t theirs
