Currently, the exhaust gas from the sintering furnace, which is at 120 degrees Celsius, has its temperature reduced to 50 degrees Celsius after dust and sulfur removal. Two mist removal panels have been installed, but there is still a lot of white mist coming out of the chimney. All other parameters are within the specified limits; it’s just that the white mist looks unsightly. Is there any way to reduce it? Or are there any companies that can handle this issue? I really need help, thank you
Transform the chimney to make it narrower. Chimney with parapet. Add a stream of steam to the chimney, etc.
Use a flue gas reheater to increase the flue gas temperature
