The construction unit's existing 8,000t/a α-olefin rough separation unit in the "4 million t/a coal indirect liquefaction project" produces C6 mixtures and C8 mixtures of different concentrations. The main component of the C6 mixture is 1-hexene (i.e. C6α-olefin), and other components include n-hexane, trans-2-hexene, etc. ; The main component of the C8 mixture is 1-octene (i.e., C8 α-olefin), and other components include n-octane, trans-2-octene, etc. In order to achieve precise separation of C6 mixtures and C8 mixtures and provide technical support for the later production of high-quality C6 α-olefins and C8 α-olefins, the company plans to implement the “α-Olefin Separation Technology Optimization and Engineering Amplification Project” (hereinafter referred to as: “"This project") uses some of the C6 mixtures and C8 mixtures of different concentrations produced by the built 8000t/a α-olefin crude separation unit as raw materials to conduct a pilot test of the α-olefin separation technology (the crude separation raw material is oil-washed naphtha, and the carbon number distribution is C4~C12. A total of 1 pilot plant will be constructed in this project. The two products will be switched for pilot production. Before switching, the equipment will be subject to material flushing and air tightness testing. The total investment of this project is 49.9 million yuan. It is for the purpose of pilot testing and the test period is 1 year. The technical feasibility will be verified through the pilot scale-up test and provide basic data for the preparation of subsequent process packages and the operation of industrialized devices. The product will not be sold outside. Only samples will be collected for testing, and will be sent to the downstream hydrofining process together with the mixed hydrocarbons produced after distillation.
