With the help of a friend from Sichuan, I came across information on hazardous chemical reaction processes; however, I also encountered information on oxidation reactions. We currently have a simple oxidation reactor that uses hydrogen peroxide to oxidize ferrous salt solutions into ferric salt solutions. I don’t think this can be considered a hazardous chemical reaction. . . . . I wish I hadn’t watched it; after watching, I noticed some issues. It’s clearly not among the typical reactions, but it doesn’t seem like the text states that anything not on the list of typical reactions is invalid. There are many such problems in fine chemical manufacturing: the reactions are not intense, but they still represent a type of hazardous process. For example, some reactions that occur at atmospheric pressure are polymerization reactions, but they may not be considered polymerization processes. You can go to the local work safety authority to assess the reaction hazards. Or conduct a HAZOP analysis.
Well, there are indeed quite a few similar ones; there are countless oxidation reactions. . . If nothing else works, we won’t worry about it either; anyway, the safety assessment needs to be reviewed, so let’s wait and see what their feedback is. {:3_57:}
