Can a compressor achieve such a high level of vacuum?
The evaporation temperature in existing operational cases is around 60 degrees. MVR low-temperature evaporation is primarily used for heat-sensitive materials; however, the volume flow rate is relatively high, which results in larger separators and corresponding pipelines. As a consequence, the steam compressor housing and impeller become larger, while the motor power remains relatively low. As for the vacuum level, it is related to and corresponds to the temperature of your evaporating liquid phase, its boiling point, as well as the temperature of the gas phase. In the case of evaporation at low temperatures, maintaining an appropriate vacuum level is crucial for ensuring the stable and proper operation of the system.
