Safe distance between chemical storage tanks and buildings outside the warehouse

May I ask about the safety distances required between chemical storage tanks (of 7,000 cubic meters and 2,800 cubic meters capacity) and buildings outside the warehouse (the substation on the first floor and the control room on the second floor)? Based on what standards?
