What standards are followed for soil-buried tanks on the ground?

On the ground, on the ground – not underground; liquefied hydrocarbons, flammable liquids, horizontal tanks. The fire dike is raised above the top of the tank; sand is buried to cover the tank. Are there any corresponding standards?
No one has looked at it for several days; I’ll take care of it myself.
During our inspections, we found some companies doing this as well – it involves liquefied hydrocarbons, and the area is surrounded by fire-resistant steel dikes; such facilities also passed the inspection
