How should a sludge scraper be purchased? The technical specifications for such scrapers cannot be prepared by the engineering staff; if the equipment manufacturer provides the construction drawings, how should the technical agreement specify the appearance and requirements of the device? ?
Since our company is not familiar with the equipment, the only option is to state your requirements so that the other party can meet them, or to entrust a familiar intermediary to oversee the process for you
