The dust removal process of the turbojet dust capture device relies primarily on the liquid-foam layer formed within the tower as a site for gas-liquid-solid mass transfer and absorption, thereby enabling thorough contact between particulates and the liquid, so that they can be captured. The flue gas inside the tower enters the turbojet element at a certain angle, where it comes into contact with the liquid phase flowing downward from the upper end of the element. The flue gas rapidly spins and separates the liquid components; the droplets become increasingly fine, and the gas and liquid mix thoroughly to form a stable liquid film layer. The liquid-overflow holding layer is divided into two parts: 1. It takes the form of a liquid water film layer, in which the particulate matter comes into contact with this liquid film, allowing it to be captured and washed away by the liquid. The thickness of this liquid film layer is relatively low, generally ranging from 5 to 10 cm ; 2. In the form of a flooded foam layer, the high velocity of the flue gas causes the spray liquid to be fragmented and entrained, resulting in a foam layer of certain thickness that continuously rolls. Within this flooded foam layer, the size of the liquid droplets and their specific surface area are several times to dozens of times greater than those in methods such as water film dust removal and spray dust removal; as a result, the efficiency of capturing and absorbing particulate matter per unit volume of liquid increases significantly. For particulate matter, the finer the droplets and the greater the degree of contact, the more favorable it is for the capture process. 3. For the wet dust removal process, the more thorough the contact between the absorbent solution and the particulates in the flue gas, the higher the efficiency of dust removal and capture. The turbojet dust capture process enables ultra-low emissions of particulate matter.
