As the title suggests, could you provide a brief overview of these various processes: where they are used, how they can be combined, and what is the order of combination?

This is one of the process stages in water treatment. Different water treatment processes may employ one or several of the aforementioned processes, and the combination used is determined based on the characteristics of the water to be treated. Aerobic: It refers to the situation where the microorganisms in this treatment stage prefer to carry out biochemical reactions on organic matter in water in the presence of oxygen; in other words, they need oxygen to consume organic matter. Anaerobic: It refers to the situation where the microorganisms in this treatment stage do not prefer to carry out biochemical reactions on organic matter in water in the presence of oxygen; in other words, they do not require oxygen to consume organic matter. Nitrification: It is the process by which microorganisms convert ammonia nitrogen into nitrate nitrogen, and this process takes place under aerobic conditions. Denitrification: It is the process by which microorganisms convert nitrate nitrogen into nitrogen gas, and this process generally occurs under anaerobic conditions
