There are 3 atmospheric-pressure flat-bottomed buffer tanks with a capacity of 110 cubic meters at the installation site; is it necessary to install safety valves and vent valves on them?
What medium? A breathing valve is definitely necessary, while a safety valve is not necessarily required – it depends on the properties of the medium.
Atmospheric pressure tanks need to be protected against negative pressure and overpressure; safety accessories such as vent valves and explosion-proof plates can be installed.
A breathing valve is necessary; if the substance is toxic or harmful, a nitrogen seal is also required
This depends on your processing conditions and the properties of the materials used. 1. If the pressure in your system isn’t high, if the materials are non-toxic and harmless, and if the system doesn’t have strict requirements regarding air content, then it may not be necessary to install anything at all; 2. If there are requirements regarding the discharge volume of the material itself, and the system has specifications regarding the air content, then a breathing valve must be installed ; 3. If the system operates under overpressure, a safety valve needs to be installed.
When placed on the ground, the material tends to sublimate easily. Is fire condition considered?
