Advantages: wide adaptability to different coal types, long service life of burners, high carbon conversion rate, short startup and shutdown times for the gasifier, and a concise black water treatment process. Disadvantages: The sintered metal in the coal powder lockhopper is prone to damage, the coal powder angle valves tend to get clogged, syngas contains a high amount of ash, the gasifier has limited capacity, the vacuum flash evaporation system does not perform well, and the vacuum flash condenser is prone to clogging.
