Coal-to-oil hydrogenation

I plan to resign and work as an operator in the pretreatment workshop of the coal tar hydrogenation project, with the intention of learning new skills. The salary is 6,000 before taxes, which is acceptable to me; the various benefits are also fairly good. I would appreciate any suggestions from my colleagues. I used to work on equipment maintenance – is it a good idea to switch to this role?
It should be decided based on an individual’s actual situation, after all, everyone’s circumstances are different. Others' opinions can only be used as a reference, but sometimes they can also make you hesitate and cause you to miss out on opportunities. If you’ve made up your mind, just do it!
