Urgent question: Can Q245 flanges be welded to L360M pipes?

As the title indicates, there is a construction site where there is a batch of flanges made of Q245 material, with a pressure rating of 100 kilograms. The flanges have a diameter of DN500; they are necked butt-welded flanges, with 13 weld layers. There is another batch of pipes made of L360 material, with a pressure of 100 kilograms, a diameter of DN500, and a wall thickness of 11 units. May I ask, can these two materials be welded together under a pressure of 100 kilograms and at this welding thickness, and can they be used normally? It’s extremely urgent; I’m waiting online. With a pressure of 10 MPa, considering only internal pressure generally suffices. The strength of the weld is conservatively taken as 160 MPa. The pressure on the pipe’s cross-sectional area is converted into force, and then the weld area is calculated; in this way, the required strength can be achieved. There is roughly a 30% surplus.
