Even with a simple estimation, the issue isn’t that straightforward; if one is just going to learn about it, at least one needs to know what type of heat exchanger it is, and which side the heat transfer medium and cold water flow along What is the water temperature? Viscosity and specific heat of organic substances? Find a book and read it carefully. If a heat exchanger is actually needed, then simply have someone design and manufacture one.
Your requirements are too few; no one can figure it out. According to Q=KAΔt, apply the formula by yourself. If doing it manually, first calculate the heat load, then determine the K value, and finally use it in the formula to calculate the heat exchange area. These are all from the principles of chemical engineering.
