In our work, in many industries that deal with high-temperature and high-pressure steam, such as thermal power plants, petrochemicals, textiles, paper manufacturing, food processing, and other industrial sectors, temperature and pressure reducers are quite common; they represent an important device in thermal engineering. It is primarily used to steadily and continuously adjust the high-temperature, high-pressure steam coming from boilers or heat networks to a lower pressure and temperature suitable for the users, by means of single-stage or multi-stage throttling expansion and water spray cooling. The core of the device lies in the safe and accurate conversion of thermal parameters. Its structural principle can be broken down into two core components: \"pressure reduction\" and \"temperature reduction\", which are usually integrated within a single device.
