The medium handled by these flow meters is THF, which is corrosive to compounds such as rubber. The density at room temperature is 893 kg/m³. 2. The flow meter has the function of accumulating flow volume, and this accumulated value can be easily reset. 3. The tank capacity of the tank truck is 18t to 30t, and the loading rate is 12 to 18t/h; the allowable deviation in the cumulative flow rate is within 0.5%. 4. The material of the loading pipeline is 304; the pipe diameter is DN80, and the diameter of the flow meter pipe is DN40 ; The outlet pressure of the tank truck filling pump is 1.0 bar. 5. The material temperature should be between 25 and 35 degrees Celsius. Ambient temperature: -25 to 35 degrees. 6. The flow meter does not need to be connected to the DCS system; its explosion protection rating can be determined based on that of other instruments and equipment at the site. 7. The nameplates of the two on-site process control flowmeters shown in the figure are imported E+H flowmeters, which can serve as a reference for selection. The pipeline locations on site are attached separately. I would appreciate the help of all experts, thank you!
Just send the process parameters to E+H, and they will select them for you……
Just use a Yokogawa vortex flow meter
