There’s nothing hard to understand; it’s just that the project requirements are detailed. Insulation for low temperatures, heat retention for high temperatures. For example, personnel protection – that is, when the temperature of the pipeline medium is around 50°C, this serves to prevent burns. In some places, electric heating is more suitable, and so on.
Every large project has its own set of uniform regulations.
