Two-terminal boat-shaped switches/toggle switches: Like ordinary switches, these types of switches are used to disconnect and connect electrical circuits. It is absolutely not allowed to connect one of his terminals to the positive pole and the other to the negative pole, as that will cause a short circuit. The correct connection method is to connect the positive terminal of the power supply to either terminal of the boat-shaped switch; from the other terminal of the switch, the wire runs to the load and then back to the negative terminal of the power supply. 2. For three-terminal boat-shaped switches and rocker switches, there are no indicator lights; instead, they have normally open and normally closed contacts. Generally, the middle contact is the common contact, while the contacts at the two ends are either normally open or normally closed (that is, they represent switches in different positions). In a changeover switch, the middle contact is the moving contact, and the contacts at the two ends are the fixed contacts ； When making a single switch, it is possible to connect only the central post or either of the side posts.
