The main insulation materials currently used in the factory are rock wool, polyurethane, and aluminum silicate. In practice, some enamel-lined towers and reactors require frequent repairs; removing the insulation layer before reinstalling it significantly reduces the effectiveness of the insulation. Therefore, I would like to ask if there is a new type of material that makes disassembly and installation easier, or if other methods can be used to reduce costs.
This is not a problem with the insulation material; it’s likely an issue with the protective layer outside the insulation. Color-coated steel plates or aluminum sheets can be used to create a detachable cover, allowing the insulation material and protective layer to be reused for repairs.
