Calculation of the evaporation area for scraper evaporators

Am I a graduate in chemical engineering design? My current workplace needs to design a scraper evaporator with a surface area of 0.2㎡ and an inner diameter of 150 mm. I’m not sure how to calculate the length of the jacket; I’d appreciate some help. Thank you! Also, how is the heat exchange area of a reaction vessel calculated? Is there a simple formula for doing this?
The simplest way is to find a equipment company and have them do the calculations for you
This thing isn’t purely theoretical; it also involves empirical parameters. If it’s for production use, it’s best to consult the manufacturer regarding purchasing； If it’s the manufacturing unit, then go and simulate and figure out the data by yourself.
