Operating conditions of the bag filter: temperature of 230 degrees, with a peak instantaneous temperature of 260 degrees; operation under negative pressure; flue gas with a SO2 concentration of over 10%. Performance of the application is required.

Ordinary cloth bags that can withstand operating temperatures above 260°C certainly won’t work; those designed to function at temperatures over 120°C have a service life of less than a year. It is recommended to check the dust particle size and moisture level, as well as whether a stainless steel wire mesh material will be sufficient
Ordinary cloth bags won’t do; the cloth bags currently used by our company can withstand temperatures up to 700 degrees (**certified by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology**), and there are also those that can handle 400 degrees.
Why not consider using ceramic fiber for dust removal?
Why is the flue gas temperature so high? We have just acquired a set that meets the requirements of 200 degrees; it is made of 100% PTFE. The manufacturer provides specifications indicating that it can handle temperatures of up to 250 degrees on a continuous basis, and up to 280 degrees temporarily
High-temperature ceramic fiber filter elements: 1,000 degrees, 5 milligrams; Aibo Fiber Shaw
Our company’s high-temperature dust removal equipment can withstand temperatures of 1000 degrees. Its price is much higher than that of conventional bag filters, but its lifespan is as long as 10 years
You’re an expert. This filter element can achieve the desired result, but it’s a bit expensive. Aibo Fiber Shao
