How can the steel lining pipe be ensured to be connected on-site? What is the general procedure for installing steel lining pipes?
This pipe cannot be welded; accurate measurements must be taken on-site so that the prefabricated pipes meet the requirements
The flanges can be equipped with slip rings to ensure that the bolt holes align properly. The steel linings used for pipelines are available in various lengths. If there is a slight discrepancy, clamps can be used; and in cases where the difference is still very small, we use an additional layer of tape along with a gasket
1. If the volume of work is not large, it is preferable to pre-fabricate it on-site and then have it lined inside the factory.
2. If the volume of work is large and it is necessary for the manufacturer to produce everything on-site, then first install as much as possible at the site, leaving the remaining portion as reserved sections to be prefabricated in small quantities.
Leave a section at the end to be created based on the actual deviation.

It is shipped to the site pre-installed by the system and numbered before leaving the factory.
The ordering process for rubber-lined pipes generally involves: providing the drawings – cutting and welding in the factory – assembly on-site – returning to the factory for rubber lining and installation of adjustment sections – final assembly
There can be a loose flange, or a section can be left to be replaced with a flexible connection
