Operating procedures for confidential processes

I recently need to prepare operating procedures, but since they involve confidential manufacturing processes, my supervisor is very worried about the risk of those processes being leaked, which makes it difficult for me to know how to proceed. How do you guys handle such situations?
Raw materials A, B, C are substituted. Temperature, pressure, and time should be written as they are, right? Otherwise, how can one operate it? If it is a very important process, it can be divided into several stages, with each stage handling only one step of the process
Only write the operating procedures for the general parts; when confidential processes are involved, indicate to refer to the specific operating procedures or production instructions.
Use encryption software. Encrypt the computers of those involved in the \"confidential process procedures,\" prohibiting copying and printing. Set whether a summary is required or an external decryption program must be used. The hard-copy version of the \"Process Operating Procedures\" is marked with watermarks and numbered, and its release is under control. At the same time, note \"Property Rights Protection Regulations\" in the footer of each page of the document.
Write the \"Operating Procedures\" however you think is right! Leaders are worried about leaks, and the best way to prevent them is not to write down the operating procedures – which is obviously an unpractical approach. Therefore, technical measures are needed to prevent leaks, such as the methods mentioned above.
