Heat-free regenerative dryer

The regenerative dryer without heating experiences severe vibrations when a tank is emptied; the entire tank seems to jump as a result. The other tank emptied normally, proving that the silencer is not clogged. The pressure during compression and decompression is also normal. I’m seeking guidance on the possible reasons.
The pressure is released too quickly; the rapid drop in pressure differential creates a reaction force.
What could be the possible causes, and where should I check? Is the vent valve a on/off valve that cannot be adjusted either?
