Your industry must have its own technical documentation, right? 1. Calculate the pipe diameter to ensure that the air supply rate can keep up with the maximum water consumption rate. 2. Make sure that the pressure after pressure reduction does not exceed the maximum design pressure of the storage tank. For containers at atmospheric pressure, it is possible to continuously supply air to and remove air from the storage tank; a moving water seal should be installed at the exhaust point, and the water for this seal can be obtained from the drainage of the resistivity meter – this will result in some waste of nitrogen. 3. As for nitrogen purity, it must be 5N; a gas filter should be installed before the gas enters the storage tank. 4. It must be made of stainless steel, at least grade BA.
