So where is the foundation elevation indicated on the drawing?

How do the shaft bottom elevation, the inner pipe bottom elevation, and the shaft top elevation increase in sequence in the drawings? Where is the base elevation they have determined?
For the elevation design of chemical processing equipment, the zero level is generally set at 150–200 mm above the natural floor level of the equipment; all other elevations are then indicated relative to this level.
The general drawing specifications will indicate the choice of the 0m elevation
