Coal chemical enterprises should refer to which standard for design: the \"GB51428-2021 Fire Protection Design Standard for Coal Chemical Engineering\". Regarding the design of safety facilities, should they follow the \"GB 50160-2008 (2018 edition) Fire Protection Design Standard for Petrochemical Enterprises – Revised 2018 edition\", or GB 50016?

By comparing which regulations are enforced more strictly, it’s clear that for buildings, the building codes should be followed; the requirements regarding building spacing are stricter under the building codes than those in the petrochemical industry regulations.
