How to turn boiler steam into hot water

The factory currently has a boiler steam system. There is a piece of equipment that requires hot water at around 45 degrees Celsius – how can the heat from steam be converted into hot water?
Since there is a steam system, there is also boiler feed water, and soft water is available. Soft water can simply be heated to turn into steam, which can then be transferred to the water – isn’t that too wasteful?

To achieve precise temperature control, a professional steam converter is required. The basic working principle involves using a plate heat exchanger or a shell-and-tube heat exchanger to transfer the heat from steam to water, thereby converting it into hot water as a heating medium. This is further supplemented by a thermostat, temperature sensor, pneumatic valve, etc., to stabilize the hot water temperature at the level you desire.

The recovered steam condensate passes through a heat exchanger again; however, a medium for heat exchange is required. In my opinion, the boiler feed water can be used for this purpose, which allows for controlling the temperature of the hot water while also reducing the burning costs of the boiler
