Yes, the pressure relief value for our atmospheric storage tanks is 5 KPa. It seems like there’s a cover inside the valve
3KPa means it is a device operating at atmospheric pressure, and devices at atmospheric pressure generally are equipped with a vent valve. Safety valves are only installed on pressure vessels. The spring precision on the safety valve is more than 3KPa.
