Fluctuation problem of liquid level in the liquid collection tank beneath the bulk packing layer

In one of our methanol absorption towers, the liquid level in the liquid collection tank located beneath the random-packed packing layer keeps fluctuating regularly. What could be the cause? Please give me some advice~
There must be liquid remaining in your packed tower
Are there fluctuations in the heating of the reflux and reboiler?
Is there liquid trapped in the filler? What caused it to be completed? How should it be handled?
:(Haven’t been here in a long time.) . . The fluctuations usually occur when the liquid phase in your heating device doesn’t flow properly or when the gas phase is not released evenly. Uneven gas phase release is generally caused by a clogged liquid seal or packing, while insufficient liquid phase means there might be a blockage in the connecting pipes, as well as issues with the pipelines leading to the reboiler. I haven’t encountered any other reasons; these are the more common ones
