What category do initial rainwater ponds belong to?

I would like to ask the experts here: to which category do initial rainwater ponds belong? Is it Class D or Class B? The factory is primarily used for producing unsaturated polyester resin. The newly added PSA unit is planned to be located near the initial rainwater tank, but the distance is only 6 meters – is it sufficient for its installation? What do everyone else do?
Is the PSA a skid-mounted unit? What is its footprint? Fire protection areas and pipeline layout spaces are required – it’s impossible to determine this just by talking about it
