Seeking expert help regarding pipeline drawing symbols

Each pipeline on the piping system diagram is assigned a code; why can’t these codes be found on a single axonometric view, and what do these codes mean? Also, there is a symbol on the single-line diagram whose identity as a pipe fitting is not clear; it is marked as 65ⅹ25Ns – does this mean that a socket is created directly on the 65mm pipe to connect it to a 25mm pipe?
