According to the definition of pressure pipelines in 1.3, do pipelines for transporting water not fall under the category of pressure pipelines? Classified by safety level into GC1, GC2, and GC3, so are there any examples of GC3? Seeking guidance

GC3 refers to pipes that are used for transporting non-toxic, non-flammable fluid media, with a design pressure of less than or equal to 1.0 MPa, and a design temperature ranging from -20°C to 185°C; examples include saturated steam at 180°C. Furthermore, according to the definition of pressure pipelines, pipes that transport non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-corrosive gases, with a nominal diameter of less than 150 mm and a maximum operating pressure of less than 1.6 MPa, are not considered pressure pipelines
Thank you. I just think that if a water delivery pipe, such as one with a diameter of 40, is under a pressure of 0.3 MPa and isn’t considered a pressure pipe, it seems to go against common sense.
Media that are non-toxic and harmless, and do not pose any significant risk to people or equipment, are generally not classified as pressure pipelines. Moreover, if they were to be classified as such, inspections would be required, which would increase the costs for the company
First, determine whether it is a pressure pipeline based on the catalog of special equipment, and then determine its classification level according to factors such as temperature, pressure, and toxicity.
