Methods for dealing with oil layers in water!

Currently, salt recrystallization is being used, along with coagulants to remove the oil layer. Since there is a large amount of oil, many different methods have been tried yet none have proven effective. Various methods for separating the layers have been attempted (such as centrifuges and plate-and-frame separators), but removing the oil layer proves to be very difficult. I would appreciate it if experienced colleagues could suggest some methods that are easier to operate. Thank you!
It’s a oil-water separator. Is this the condition of the raw material, or after adding a flocculant?
Well, a flocculant was added, but the oil layer still comes out as a wet substance. Now, the water contained in the oil layer also needs to be removed, which is troublesome.

I’ve tried both tubular and scraper types; they work but are rather troublesome to use, with the scraper experiencing significant vibration. . There are fluoride ions in the solution!
