I was told that water is not allowed in the storage tank. What measures and facilities should be put in place for such a tank? Especially after pressure testing with clean water, how can the water be drained completely, and how can moisture from air be avoided?
First, drain the water completely using the bottom valve; Then blow it out with dehumidified compressed air (preferably hot) to carry away the water! The purging time can be determined by yourself!

Normally, drying measures should be taken for storage tanks, right? So how are such drying measures usually implemented?
First, pass the inspection and set the dew point control conditions as required. If the dew point exceeds the limit, dried nitrogen must be used (dry air can also be chosen if there is no requirement for it not to react chemically with the medium inside the vessel).
Drain the water used for pressure testing with clean water. Everything was mentioned thoroughly upstairs; the water in the air can be removed by installing a desiccant on the vent pipe, and that’s exactly how storage tanks for concentrated sulfuric acid are designed
A dryer should be installed on the vent hole; refer to the design of the sulfuric acid storage tank for guidance
There should be a drain valve at the bottom of the tank; after draining, blow it out with dry compressed air
To keep the storage tank dry, after draining the water, place a bag of desiccant at the bottom (a simple solution is to use a bag of quicklime as well), and then ensure it remains sealed.
Could a tank with a grating plate be connected in series to the drain pipe, filled with desiccants such as calcium chloride rods or alkalis?
