Can the water in the water seal tank be replaced with an MDEA solution?

Conventional water seal tanks are filled with fresh water, which then turns into wastewater and is discharged into wastewater tanks or treated centrally. However, as for whether a water seal tank used for acidic gases can use an MDEA aqueous solution instead of water as the sealing medium to neutralize the emitted acidic gases, I am not very familiar with the MDEA process, let alone know how to handle the MDEA aqueous solution
The water seal needs to have continuous replenishment and overflow; if you use MDEA, how should this process be set up, and how can it be recovered?
Many factors impose restrictions; it’s not as simple and safe as water
