As the title suggests, the molecular weight of polyethylene ranges from 100,000 to several million. What is the typical molecular weight of polypropylene? I would appreciate some advice from those who are more experienced.

There is no fixed value for the molecular weight of polymers; generally, the average molecular weight under various conditions is determined through experimental data or certain physical and chemical properties, such as the number-average molecular weight, Z-average molecular weight, viscosity-average molecular weight, and weight-average molecular weight. The relationship among the four different average molecular weights is generally in the following order: Z-average molecular weight > weight-average molecular weight > viscosity-average molecular weight > number-average molecular weight. The molecular weight distribution of polymers can be evaluated using gel chromatography (GPC).
