Pipeline pressure drop calculation

I would like to ask fellow sailors: for pipes that first rise and then drop, or first drop and then rise, how should the pressure drop be calculated?
The pressure drop has no direct relationship with whether the pipeline rises first or drops first. Whether it is rising or falling is indicated by the height difference.
The pressure drop is independent of the rise and fall of the pipeline, and is related to factors such as the length of the pipe, its diameter, flow velocity, material, and elbows
