As a veteran engineering technician who has worked in enterprises for over a decade, I usually spend my time in the production workshop, with very few opportunities to go on business trips or for exchanges. I constantly feel that my knowledge is becoming outdated, and I can’t come up with any decent improvement proposals (technological innovations) each year, which is really frustrating :(:(:(. To change the current situation, it is quite important to continuously improve one’s knowledge of manufacturing techniques. But how can this be achieved? I hope everyone can offer some advice!

Employees who have been with the company for over 10 years need not deliberately improve their skills, unless their technical abilities are truly inadequate. My suggestion is that if you want to make progress in your career, you can focus on improving your skills in English, computing software, and obtaining relevant certificates. Of course, if you have a talent for buying property or trading stocks, then all of the above is meaningless.
