Do liquid ammonia tank trucks have safety pressure relief valves? Where does it discharge to?
It should be brought along; guide tubes must be installed as required. As for where these tubes should lead, they certainly won’t be discharged directly into the air.
Liquid ammonia tank trucks are supposed to lack safety relief mechanisms, but they have connections for both the liquid phase and the gas phase; the gas phase is used to release gas from the tank vehicle and to balance pressure, so overpressure does not occur during normal filling
