The weather is hot and the ambient temperature is high; during the intervals between material transfers, the material inside the pipes remains enclosed. Some materials that expand significantly due to heat cause a sharp increase in pipe pressure, leading to leaks at valves and flange connections and thereby increasing the risk level. The pipes have also been fitted with insulation. The ideal outcome isn’t being achieved. Dear experts who know everything, is there any cost-effective solution?
Is it exposed to the sun’s rays? If so, a layer of sun protection fabric (insulating fabric) can be added on top.
No way, am I overthinking it? In winter it drops below zero, while in summer the external temperature of the pipes under direct sunlight can reach over 70 degrees. No such situation was found.

1. Thermal expansion safety is essential. 2. Improve cold insulation. The temperature is still high; maybe the insulation material chosen isn’t good enough. 3. If that still doesn’t work, cooling can also be provided if there is available cold energy (such as propylene). I’ve seen designs like this.
