I work in a chemical plant, and my clothes have this odor; neither laundry powder nor liquid detergents, acetic acid, nor 84 disinfectant can get rid of it, which is very frustrating. You can’t just throw away clothes after wearing them once; could someone please think of a solution?
You can try washing it with alkali or gasoline

Gasoline can’t be removed; even organic solvents fail to do so. I haven’t tried the base yet, thank you.
