Characteristics of Fire Hazardity of Stored Materials
Class A
1. Liquids with a flash point below 28°C
2. Gases with an explosion limit below 10%, as well as solid substances that, when exposed to water or water vapor in the air, produce gases with an explosion limit below 10%
3. Substances that can decompose on their own at room temperature, with the oxidation energy in the air causing rapid self-ignition or explosion
4. Substances that, upon exposure to water or water vapor in the air at room temperature, produce flammable gases that can lead to combustion or explosion
5. Strong oxidizing agents that are highly prone to combustion or explosion when exposed to acids, heat, impact, friction, or flammable inorganic substances such as organic compounds or sulfur
6. Substances that can cause combustion or explosion upon impact, friction, or contact with oxidizing agents or organic compounds
Class B
1. Liquids with a flash point of 28°C or higher but less than 60°C
2. Gases with an explosion limit of 10% or higher
3. Oxidizing agents that do not fall under Class A
4. Flammable solids that do not fall under Class A
5. Oxidizing gases
6. Substances that can undergo slow oxidation upon contact with air at room temperature, resulting in the accumulation of heat that leads to self-ignition
Class C
1. Liquids with a flash point of 60°C or higher
2. Combustible solids
Class D
Substances that are difficult to ignite
Class E
Substances that do not burn
