Utility engineering primarily includes water supply and drainage, power supply, communication systems, heating, ventilation, and other related systems. Auxiliary engineering includes maintenance, testing, inspection, warehousing, and other related tasks. So do the process and heating outer pipes, circulating water station, fire water station, workshop power distribution room, and boiler room fall under utility systems?
