(Seeking help) Is it in compliance with the specifications to transfer 1 unit of equipment from Plant A to Plant B for installation?

(Seeking help from fellow colleagues: currently, during project construction, one piece of equipment from Building A has been transferred to Building B for installation; the staff work in Building B, and the pipes are routed through ductwork.) There is no issue with the fire protection category; please let me know which specification requirements are not met. Thank you.
As for the equipment itself, as long as it meets the performance requirements for locating Unit A and Unit B, there are no specified requirements regarding which unit it should be installed on.
Pressure vessels involve relocation; please consult the local special inspection agency
