May I ask if a safety valve is required at the outlet of a high-temperature Roots blower?
Safety valves must be installed wherever there is a risk of equipment damage due to excessive export pressure.
Our high-temperature Roots blower is quite special: its flow rate is only 600 m3/h, and its total pressure is 13 KPa. What sets it apart is its high temperature, which reaches 350 degrees

Roots blowers are types of positive-displacement fluid transfer equipment; such equipment requires safety valves to be installed on its outlet pipes, in order to prevent the valve from closing accidentally and causing pressure buildup, which could damage the pipes. In accordance with the relevant requirements of clause 4.1.11 of JB/T 8941.1-2014 \"Technical Requirements for General Purpose Roots Blowers\", a pressure relief valve shall be installed at the blower’s exhaust outlet based on the operating requirements of the installation. Another point that needs attention is that industry standards require a safety warning indication when the surface temperature of the blower and its accessories exceeds 80°C.
